I laughed so loudly about the crêpes bit, I think I woke the neighbours; yes, crêpes are <em>incredibly difficult</em> to cook, but they&#39;re <em>incredibly delicious</em> when executed well. All in all, I&#39;d say your culinary skills are advancing quite nicely, even if you&#39;re not quite a professional <em>patissier</em>yet.
