I truly meant it all.<br /><br /><a href="http://www.bettycrocker.com/products/bisquick/default.aspx" rel="nofollow">Bisquick</a> pancakes are good. But the standard recipe I use, which is just as easy and very delicious comes from the old standard cookbook, <em><a href="http://www.thejoykitchen.com/" rel="nofollow">The Joy of Cooking</a></em>. So as not to commit copyright infringement, I suppose I'll have to pick you up a copy.<br /><br />And oh, by the way, a quick substitute for buttermilk: mix 1T of white vinegar into 1C of milk; stir and let sit for a minute or two.
