And there are plenty of kids around here; in the summer, they&#39;re always out playing in the streets. But man, they must be either just plain lazy about doing work ... even for money, simply glued to their video games, or just too woosiefied to come out into the cold (you rarely see the kids out playing in the snow around here). Probably some combination of all three, I suspect.<br /><br />I have to say though that the lack of TV is starting to get old ... pathetic I know. I mean it&#39;s good that they have the local news casts streamed live on the stations&#39; websites, but I guess it&#39;ll just give us a chance to catch up on all the shows we&#39;ve Tivo&#39;d in the past.
